Flux Laboratory

12 Agg. Geronta str.,
10558 Athens, Greece

Flux Laboratory is an artistic incubator based in Geneva and Athens, whose aim is to encourage innovative collaborative dynamics through experimental and transdisciplinary artistic projects.

Since 2016, Flux Laboratory Athens has been promoting artistic creation and experimentation in Greece. Initially operating as a nomadic platform aimed at connecting various actors in society, Flux Laboratory opened its premises in the historic Plaka district in 2019 to host the work of emerging and established artists and launch innovative and interdisciplinary projects involving diverse audiences.

The human body is at the heart of its activity. It is explored as an integral tool of artistic creation, a source of knowledge and experience, and a dynamic element that underpins the concept of social cohesion and community development.

The Flux Laboratory is committed to supporting artistic exchanges between Swiss, international and Greek artists and contributes to the local Greek entrepreneurial sector and the cultural dynamics of its community.

Open to all current developments in the fields of performing arts, science and technology, Flux Laboratory Athens encourages partnerships with other institutions and operates under the auspices of the Swiss Embassy in Greece. In 2026, Flux Laboratory Athens will continue to evolve in ways that deepen its connection to the city and reinforce its ties with Athens’ cultural actors and institutions.
