Agnès López-Río is Professor of Analysis and Practice of Contemporary Dance Repertoire at the Conservatorio Superior de Danza 'María de Ávila' in Madrid, Graduate in Hispanic Philology, Graduate in Dance and Master in
Performing Arts Management.
As performer she has been part of several European companies since 2002, to highlight Studio Wayne McGregor (London, UK) and Compañía Nacional de Danza (Madrid, Spain) performing works from Mats Ek, Jirí Kylián, Johan Inger, Ohad Naharin, William Forsythe, Marcos Morau, Jérôme Bel, among others. She also participates at different levels in other facets of the artistic and stage environment as artistic advisor, teacher, author and researcher in dance in various institutions as the Universidad Complutense (Madrid, Spain), Universitat
de València, the magazine Dramática. With the KOR'SIA Collective, she is involved in research and creation in
dance from the figure of the dramaturg, artistic assessor and as performer until today.
