On February 12th, Edilia Gänz was appointed by the American magazine Forbes, as one of the 30 European talents under 30 of the year 2019 in the "Arts and Culture" category, a prestigious selection of the most promising young managers of the year in different cultural sectors.

This digital event was moderated by Ms Edilia Gänz, Director of FEDORA and gathered the members of our network and honored guest speakers such as Mr Xavier Troussard, Head of the New European Bauhaus Unit at the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission.

Since 2015 we have been working closely with Business Schools in order to get young professionals involved in the cultural industry and inform them about the importance of different funding models for opera houses, ballet companies and festivals.
Every year we come together with ESCP Europe Business School students from the master of Marketing and Creativity Programme to conduct Company and Class Consultancy Projects. This year's project was particularly challenging due to the severe impact of the pandemic on the cultural sector, yet very fruitful regarding the potential new opportunities for the future of these art forms.
