FEDORA encourages the seamless blend of traditional art forms with cutting-edge digital innovations. Through our supported digital projects and initiatives, we explore the creative possibilities of digitally interactive elements embedded within opera and dance, that push artistic expression and open up new avenues for creativity, audience engagement, and immersive experiences that transcend boundaries beyond the stage.

Since 2015 we have been working closely with Business Schools in order to get young professionals involved in the cultural industry and inform them about the importance of different funding models for opera houses, ballet companies and festivals.
Every year we come together with ESCP Europe Business School students from the master of Marketing and Creativity Programme to conduct Company and Class Consultancy Projects. This year's project was particularly challenging due to the severe impact of the pandemic on the cultural sector, yet very fruitful regarding the potential new opportunities for the future of these art forms.
