FEDORA's Activities

Article 1 - Organiser and dates of the contest

The association FEDORA, The European circle of Philanthropists of Opera and Ballet, is organising a contest on its instagram account ( from Tuesday 29th of November 2022, 10:00 am CET to Wednesday 30th November 2022 at 12pm CET, on the occasion of the last 2 days of the crowdfunding campaigns of the FEDORA Prizes Biennale Nominees 2022.

Article 2 - Conditions for participation

2.1. The contest is open to any person over the age of majority, resident in European union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden), regardless of their nationality, with the exception of all persons who have participated in the preparation of the competition. 

2.2. Participation in the competition implies irrevocable and unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions of these rules. 

2.3. To be eligible, participants must:

  1. Like FEDORA’s post about the contest;
  2. Share FEDORA’s post ( about the contest in their stories;
  3. Follow FEDORA’s instagram account instagram account (;
  4. Tag two other accounts in the comment section of FEDORA’s post about the contest.

2.4. Failure to comply with the conditions of participation set out in these Rules shall result in the Participant's participation being null and void.

Article 3 - Lot

The owner of the drawn instagram account will win a visit for two people of the Palais Garnier in Pl. de l'Opéra, 75009 Paris, France. The winner of the contest may claim this prize from January 1st 2023 to 31 December 2023.
Conditions and details regarding the visit are to be defined together with the FEDORA Team. 

Article 4 - Drawing of lots

3.1. The draw will take place on the 1st of December 2022 and the winner will be announced on the same day at 6 pm CET, in the post’s comment section by FEDORA. 

Article 6 - Dispute and litigation

The present rules are exclusively subject to French law.
Participation in this operation implies the participant's full and complete acceptance of these rules.
The prizes may not be contested in any way by the participants. The winner cannot in any case claim the replacement of the prize by another one, or demand the reimbursement of the latter.
