"Woman at Point Zero", FEDORA - GENERALI Opera Prize Winner 2020

"Woman at Point Zero" is a new opera based on the classic 1975 novel by the Egyptian writer Nawal El Saadawi. From this story, composer Bushra El-Turk, director Laila Soliman, writer Stacy Hardy and filmmaker Aida Elkashef created a new multimedia production that weaves together diverse creative visions and challenges conventions. Opera as a powerful voice for a new wave of feminism without borders.

"Swans Vol. 2: On tour", recipient of the FEDORA Audience Award 2023

“Swans Vol. 2: On tour” offers workshops, performances, and an international tour addressed to and created together with the blind and visually impaired, based on the world-famous classical ballet “Swan Lake”.

“Dawn to Dusk”, FEDORA Education Prize Nominee 2023

"Dawn to Dusk" engages and connects young people in the UK, Italy, Syria, Palestine and Lebanon to co-create a hybrid live/digital youth opera and touring installation piece that uses film and new technology to tell their stories.

“Denis & Katya”, FEDORA GENERALI Opera Prize Winner 2019

"Denis & Katya" is a chamber opera by British composer Philip Venables, that brings to the stage the story of  teenagers Denis Muravyov and Katya Vlasova, who live-streamed their last hours in 2016, after a stand-off with Special Forces.
