“Selection: Ensuring Equal Opportunity for Candidates during Casting and Hiring”
Join our online Next Stage Capacity-Building Workshops on Inclusivity, on 25 May and 7 June, delivered in collaboration with BPI - Business Performance Institute and with participants from opera houses and dance companies from all over Europe.
The aim of these workshops is to help create the right conditions for inclusivity to allow the next generation of talents to thrive in the performing arts sector. This year, the theme is “Selection: Ensuring Equal Opportunity for Candidates during Casting and Hiring”. The workshops are open to any professionals who are starting their careers in the performing arts, and emerging artists, with an interest in inclusivity. Please note that participants have to attend both sessions, as they are complementary.
