We are pleased to announce that we will be participating in “Funding the Arts: Prizes and Foundations,” an online event organised by our expert partner RESEO on 29 April 2026.

This session will explore how prizes and philanthropic foundations can support the development of innovative cultural and educational initiatives in the performing arts sector. Bringing together sector professionals and funding experts, the event will provide valuable insights into opportunities for organisations seeking to develop impactful projects and strengthen audience engagement.

Our Innovation & Partnerships Manager, Diandra de Lima, will be speaking during the event to present the FEDORA Education Prize, awarding  €50,000 to projects with innovative initiatives that foster social integration, community participation, and access to opera and dance for underrepresented audiences. We collaborate with RESEO and an independent panel of experts to ensure a professional and rigorous evaluation and selection process of the project.

This event will also feature:

  • Philippe Schneider - Secretary General, RESEO
  • Joëlle Dujardin - Board Member, RESEO / Cultural Funding Expert
  • Clémence de Baecke - Project Manager, RESEO

Together, the speakers will reflect on the role of prizes, foundations, and networks in supporting arts education, cultural innovation, and audience development across Europe.

By joining this event, we reaffirm our commitment to supporting innovation in opera and dance and to empowering projects that create meaningful social impact through the arts.
