Global Opera Leaders Gather in Lima for Ópera Latinoamérica’s 19th Annual Conference

Our international partner Ópera Latinoamérica (OLA) has officially announced the 19th edition of its Annual Conference, taking place in Lima, Peru, from 16 to 19 June 2026 under the theme “Governance and Effective Leadership.” Hosted at the Gran Teatro Nacional de Perú, the conference will gather cultural leaders, opera house directors, and performing arts professionals from across the international sector to exchange ideas, best practices, and perspectives on the future of cultural institutions.
Focused on governance models, sustainability, collaboration, and institutional leadership, the event aims to foster dialogue around the evolving challenges and opportunities facing the performing arts today. Through panels, discussions, and networking opportunities, the conference will continue OLA’s mission of strengthening international cooperation and supporting innovation across the opera and cultural landscape.
