Job offers

The FEDORA management team is looking for an intern who will coordinate our digital marketing activities to support the development of our European initiative in order to reach the widest audience possible. The intern will especially be in charge of assisting in the development and implementation of FEDORA’s communication and fundraising strategy. This includes the following tasks:

Communications and branding

- Development of FEDORA’s on- and offline communications

- Community management of social media accounts

- Development of a communication network with bloggers and key opinion leaders

Development and fundraising

- Research of potential members and donors

- Preparation of collaboration proposals

- Senior management reporting

Organization of the FEDORA Prizes Competition

- Coordination of communications with the applicants for the FEDORA Prizes Competition

- Preparation of the annual General Assembly

- Preparation of the annual Fundraising Forum in collaboration with Opera Europa


Education & work experience

- Master’s degree in any field, preferably communications, business administration, marketing or cultural
- Previous experience in communications, digital marketing and social media management is preferable

Important skills

- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)

- Attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills

- Proactive and independent work style

- Strong public relations skills

- Knowledge of Photoshop and/or InDesign and social media tools is of advantage


French (fluent written and spoken), English (fluent written and spoken), additional languages are an advantage


September 2018 - February 2019 (6 months)


554€ per month with “convention de stage” + 50% of public transport ticket


Letter of motivation and CV, both in two versions, one in English and one in French, and a letter of recommendation
