Our Platform Member Den Jyske Opera (Danish National Opera) hosted a magnificent afternoon of world-class opera called "Opera After Work" in Aarhus in order to celebrate their participation in the FEDORA Platform.

The very first balletic Romeo in the world was famous Ivo Váňa Psota, a former soloist of the Ballet NdB. He danced the world premiere of ballet version Romeo and Juliet on 30th December 1938 in Mahen Theatre in Brno. But not only danced... He was a director of this performance too. Ivo Váňa Psota is one of the most important person in the Ballet NdB history.

A preview of the first week of rehearsals at the FabricA, Festival d'Avignon in January 2018.
For six days, the 12 dancers reunited with Emanuel for the very first steps of the creation process!
Three new dancers joined the company for this piece: TingAn Ying, Zoé Lecorgne, and Arnaud Bacharach.
At this occasion, only on the second day, the group has opened the studio to more than 300 people for an open rehearsal, followed by workshops and events.

Operadagen Rotterdam presented the FEDORA Platform on the occasion of their kick-off, on March 15th, 2018. The kick-off is a yearly event in which Operadagen Rotterdam presents the complete program of that year's festival edition. The Artistic director, Guy Coolen, spoke about the theme (Courage)...

Theater Magdeburg organized a conference about fundraising in the field of culture on March 11th, 2018. On this occasion, Theater Magdeburg has invited experts from the science and business fields and gave the audience the possibility to discuss with the special guests.

On the occasion of their concert "Rising stars of the Opera stage", the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb promoted their young, emerging talents and presented the FEDORA Platform. The concert took place on Sunday, February 25th, 2018 at the theater and everybody was welcome to attend for free. What a wonderful occasion for the general audience to discover new opera talents!

On the occasion of Dancer in the Spotlight, English National Ballet presented the FEDORA Platform. This Dancer in the Spotlight focused on Artist of the Company Sarah Kundi, as she rehearsed the role of Myrtha in Akram Khan’s Giselle.

On the occasion of the Members and Patrons Summer/Autumn 2018 Season Preview, Sadler’s Wells Theatre presented the FEDORA Platform. The evening offered a unique insight into the curation of the season and its exciting new productions.
